#192 Addresses associated with publishers

I often find myself entering addresses for publishers
that are already in publisher list. Of course I could
create a list of addresses, but then I still have to
remember the address of each publisher and fill out the
field.

It would be nice to have an address associated with a
publisher automatically, entering 'MIT Press' from the
publisher list would automatically enter 'Cambride, MA'
in the address field.
