#152 Size of "General-Fields"

It should be very useful to specify the size of the
different user field.
Suggestion:
General:crossref;keywords;doi;url;citeseerurl;pdf;comment;owner
Abstract:abstract
User:ranking[10];mycomment[60];printed[10];remarks[20]

the numbers behind the terms (as field identifiers)
names the preferred height of the field in percent

BTW, Jabref sould handle the case of illegal characters in field names, since bibtex does not allow arbitrary characters (e.b. brackets) in field names and Jabref fails to load/parse those files.
