#1296 Help: external links do not open

Some of the help files contain external links. In dev_2.11 (as today), clicking on such a link does not open link (while the URL is good).
A message is displayed in the console.

For example:

• BibTeX Help. Link (at the bottom) to http://sandilands.info/sgordon/node/488
  Message:
  August 06, 2015 9:03:46 AM net.sf.jabref.help.HelpContent setPage
  Grave: Could not find html-help for file '488'.

• Medline search. Link to http://www.ovid.com/site/products/ovidguide/medline.htm
  Message:
  August 06, 2015 9:07:17 AM net.sf.jabref.help.HelpContent setPage
  Grave: Could not find html-help for file 'medline.htm'.
