#1249 Shortcut Alt-F does not "Automatically set file links"

Alt-F should "Automatically set file links", this is documented in the "Tools" menu, and in the "Key bindings" window. Moreover, it worked this way in v2.10b2 (in German setting). However, In German language setting, it opens the window "Öffnen", which is the same as "Datei öffnen" in the "File menu", bound to the key Ctrl-O.
In English language setting "Alt-F" opens the "File" menu. This makes some sense but the name conflict to "Automatically set file links", in connection with the bug 1248 makes the function unreachable with any keyboard input. In fact, I consider the specific key bindings internal to jabref should take precedence over the generic menu key bindings which are realized by connection with compiz (I believe).
