Depends on the delay. Use msleep(), and check if increasing the delays
would help.

Don't cut it, send the whole thing. If for some reason we don't load te
correct firmware we should cleanly get out, and not hit a kernel BUG.
Please send the complete thing so that we can understand why we get there.
