Hi, All, I am now writing a SIR driver for the UART (which supports both UART and = serial infrared capability) in my mx31ads board. When the driver is loaded and issuing command "ifconfig = irda0 up" to bring up the irda0, it can discovery the other irda device nearby, however says: irda_extract_integer: invalid parameter length! Expected 1 bytes, but = value had 2 bytes! And when trying to communicate data with other device, it always fails = and reply with such message. Does anyone have a good idea for this? Your reply are very appreciated. Best regards! =20 AlunWang =20 Phone: 86-10-58798108 Lun...@fr... Embedded Systems Development Lab Freescale Semiconductor Inc. Hi, I am writing an ir driver for mips processor(vr4131). Is ir driver free source available for the mips processor(vr4131)? In my case, the ir is controlled by the processor, and it makes use of = serial for communication. Could you give me some info about setting up the ir with serial and = stuffs like that? I would appreciate if you could send in some links in this regard. Thanks Godi |

Hi, I have a PC97338 on a custom board with an Intel PXA250 CPU running linux. The nsc-ircc driver appears to be functional, except for one small problem. Nothing ever appears on the IRTX pin when transmitting data. I've been thru the driver and config registers multiple times, but can't find anything wrong. Can someone help? Thanks, Kyle. |
