On debian 5.0 I get following 3 failures:
env-4.3 setting international environment variables
env-4.4 changing international environment variables
env-4.5 unsetting international environment variables

Other then the http and socket, this test fails:
exec-9.7 commands returning errors

I will go and look for the places where we do not check.
At least the TLD should be alphabetic.
