I am running a HP pre-assembled PC that ships with a P4 3.0ghz CPU. 512MB DDR RAM, 80GB 7200 SATA Hard drive and 3COM gigabit NICs. I have tried different PCs and Realtek 10/100 NICs but none of that made a difference. I have also run the tests without the VPN using WinSCP to transfer files to and fro but the results were the same. :( |
