Another pointless question... Why do people choose a USB modem, instead of a ethernet modem? IMHO, ethernet is much more common when it comes to connectivity. And I've heard that USB modems don't support higher speeds. I know USB is 12Mbit, but USB ADSL modems can't seem to handle 8Mbit ADSL.
