Tony, I've had a problem similar to yours with a couple of Realtek cards in a Green / Red configuration. The way I got around it was to do the original install with Red as a modem. After that completed successfully, I went back into setup and changed to Green / Red NIC type configuration, or in your case Green / Red / Orange. The firewall then seemed to be extremely happy with the deal.
