Category: other Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Help, I need to uninstall privoxy Initial Comment: Here's my problem: I uninstalled privoxy and TOR from my computer because I can't access a lot of the sites I like to visit, now pictures in yahoo, myspace (I know, I know, but I have a lot of friends around the world ...), and a lot of other sites are not loading. I'm running Windows XP Home service pack 2 with Firefox 2.0.0.1. I'm using a free version of ZoneAlarm (version 6.5.737.000) and I'd installed privoxy 3.0.6. Both TOR and Privoxy have been uninstalled but I'm still having access problems. I've checked and rechecked the preferences and security levels. I scanned my registry for instances of vidialia, TOR, and privoxy but I'm not an expert and I can't tell if I've done it right. I'm really in a bind here and I don't know what to do. Is there anyone who can help me from here? I really need to get this up and running because I'm going on a trip soon.
