Needs to support multiple user accounts with account switching in Windows. Otherwise a solid project.

Been using Privoxy for years now. It would be hard to think of the Internet without it. So a big thanks out to the team for keeping it going.

Won't install under XP pro SP3. Flashes open some command line dos box and closes.

use to chain tor-privoxy-proxomitron. privoxy menu commands,settings are adequately usable, imo. the config file is well commented as a guide, though first time requires searching for background info for some config edits. (i don't edit actions because i use proxo) I've noticed sometimes the log window goes solid white, as if all log lines were deleted. my comments pertain to 3.0.10, and I've used since, iirc, 3.0,8 (or 3.0.6?). i wish sfnet versions list, separately sorted the stable ver from beta/etc versions. however, they are labeled on http://sourceforge.net/projects/ijbswa/files/Win32/

Its great, you can jump every firewall with this aplication, the bad part is that the connection is more slow.

Very useful little program. Especially for people who use either IE or Chrome.

This has really broken the internet on one of my machines which came with it. (I think I didnt install for sure) Deinstall does that ok but then BREAKS the access of IE and FIREFOX. Some how - I would not recommend this without a much better undo if you dont want it

Awesome program that blocks adds system wide. Even the junk in the Windows Messenger client can't hide

I came to love Privoxy for keeping websites' and programs' shit out, but now I hate it. I'm seriously about to delete it and go back to Firefox due to Privoxy even more many times erasing every text I had written in somewhere, specially in my ZoltanSoftware Board. Fix it dammit.

The configuration is extremely confusing, but this is the best ad blocker I know of.

Needs a GUI for those with no command line experience but otherwise 6 star...

What the hell is it and why does is stop me from using my internet? I don't like hassels and this is a big hassel. I tried to remove it and then couldn't even get on the internet so I had to wipe my PC clean and start over.
