Hello.

Is it possible to configure Privoxy to filter outgoing User-Agnet header like incoming content with regexp?

I want to filter out OS information from the "User-Agent" headers coming from multiple browsers automatically but can't find anything in the documentation, only replacing the whole header with "{+hide-user-agent{<string>}}".

Replacing the whole header is the only way I know of.

Removing the OS information wouldn't be a good idea
anyway, it makes user tracking easier.

Is there a reason why you can't use a faked user-agent?
