The following site report there content as XML.
us.blizzard.com, www.mess.org, fletcherpenney.net, source.winehq.org, www.macports.org, monolingual.sourceforge.net, babbage.cs.qc.edu, www.emeraldeditor.com

If the popup filter is turned on <script>function PrivoxyWindowOpen(a, b, c){return(window.open(a, b, c));}</script> is added to the end of the page causing an error. adding +server-header-filter{xml-to-html} to these site resolves the load problem.
