I'm tired from these livejournal.com IFRAME annoyances, which reserve large place at the top and bottom for ADS. Any idea how to remove such IFRAMEs?

It'd probably be easier to just shrink the frame down.

Take a look at the google filter in default.filter
Create your own filter (in user.filter) that adds a style with
#adframe { width:1px !important; height:1px !important; }

Assuming you call your filter "livejournal", add

{ +filter{livejournal} }
.livejournal.com/

to your user.action

I don't remember if user.action & user.filter are enabled by default..
check your privoxy config to make sure they're enabled.
