[privoxy-devel] Release date for Privoxy 3.0.9 beta

How about we release Privoxy 3.0.9 beta in roughly three weeks?

While there are no major new features, I think we
have enough small enhancements for a new release.

Also I'd like to start implementing some features
that might take a while to get right and would prefer
to do a stable release first.
