Julien has already made some work in this area but I couldn't integrate it due to lack of time and maven2 knowledge. I'm for moving to maven2 too but we need to have the same functionality that we have today. In particularly the custom stuff in maven.xml need to be ported/adapted too (perhaps can we dismiss some parts, I don't know). Isn't it possible to have both maven 1 and 2 together as long as the migration isn't finished? I remember an article when the author recommended this way. Marc.
