However, I don't see any assertion message which one would normally see from an assertion. A posting at http://cmpg.unibe.ch/software/BayeScan/download.html suggests that such assertions can be due to an OpenMP bug in the compiler used. I see other postings which suggest that "Abort trap: 6" can occur due to other issues as well. OS X in general is problematic with GraphicsMagick due to OS X switching its compiler GCC to clang and clang not quite supporting OpenMP yet. I have also heard of issues when POSIX threads are used with OpenMP on OS X. Since the problem occured only in the drawing tests, it is possible that GraphicsMagick has a bug related to drawing. What is the full output of ./utilities/gm -version in the build directory where this problem is occuring? You don't seem to have any add-on libraries available at all, which means you might be testing cases that I don't usually test here. Your GraphicsMagick would be very bare-bones without even JPEG or PNG support. I don't have a modern Mac OS X system here to test with, but if someone is willing to contribute one, it would be appreciated. The drawing tests do pass 'valgrind' checks on a Linux system.
