We created a video renderer based on GraphicsMagick's C++ API. The previous version of our Video Renderer was written using TCL/ImageMagick, but chose GraphicsMagick because of code quality and Stability. When our final tests were carried out, we saw a 20-23x increase in performance (typical render time went from 5:45 seconds to 0:15). Additionally the GraphicsMagick API is also very easy to use and well documents. There is also excellent support on their mailing lists, with responses in less than a few hours. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
