Probably it's not implemented, but very easy to implement. Is it a PTP camera? (probably?) - in that case, you'll need to 1) Do a gphoto2 --summary 2) Make the changes at the camera. 3) Do another gphoto2 --summary and see what's changed. This will tell us what the shutter speed B actually is, protocol-wise. Side note: I'm doing a bit of PTP-implementing for my Nikon camera, now. What we actually need, is a side-project of gathering all the camera-specific settings, IDs, values and what they mean. I'm trying to do my Nikon-stuff as generic as possible, usable for more than my camera, so that it will be easier hook into the same soubroutines etc. for all the other cameras. I know that someone (Marcus) is doing the same implementing for Canon cameras. Some values is, however, common, and will be supported "out of the box" once they're implemented. Not very many settings are, though, but it's not so difficult to get it done, it's mostly a matter of sitting down and doing it. (This was more stuff for the developers-list, actually. I've only recently started looking at this, and for someone with a little experience in C, it's not so difficult to do this) -- - Vegard Engen, member of the first RFC1149 implementation team. |
