Summary: Cross-compile for CRIS

Initial Comment:
I'm interested in using gphoto2 and libgphoto2 on a Fox 
Board from ACME Systems (see 
http://www.acmesystems.it for more information). This 
is a complete Linux 2.4/2.6 based system with USB 
support, but it's a CRIS platform and therefor it is (at 
least for me) not trivial to get it to build properly.

Other users of this platform, among which customers of 
AXIS (http://developer.axis.com) have shown interest in 
using gphoto2.

I'm merely interested in this for a hobby project, but I'm 
willing to make a donation if this work would be done. 
What would be an appropriate donation?

it should work, there are some users using it on embedded devices.

the author does not describe how he crosscompiled, but he should 
msut have done it ;)
