Category: libgphoto2 Group: None >Status: Pending Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Adam Dingle (adamdingle) >Assigned to: Marcus Meissner (marcusmeissner) Summary: gPhoto doesn't see 3gp videos on Android phone Initial Comment: I'm using libgphoto 2.4.11 to retrieve photos and videos from an Android phone (a Motorola Atrix). The command 'gphoto2 --list-files' shows all the JPEG photos on the phone, but doesn't show videos, which have a .3gp extension and which live in the same directory (DCIM/Camera) as photos on the phone, As a consequence, the videos don't show up in Shotwell either. (I'm running Fedora 15). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Marcus Meissner (marcusmeissner) Date: 2011-05-20 16:56 Message: what does gphoto2 --auto-detect report? I suspect it is just a mass storage device, like a usb stick, and you can copy the files of using standard UNIX methods. i will add the filetype though to the directory driver. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=108874&aid=3304827&group_id=8874 |
