Category: None Group: None >Status: Pending >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: John Coppens (jcoppens) >Assigned to: Marcus Meissner (marcusmeissner) Summary: Nikon L19 hangs when --capture-image Initial Comment: This is in fact a continuation of 2498038, which is now closed. Back then I had a 4600, now I've changed to the L19, which seems to present the same problems. Executing gphoto2 --capture-image produces: *** Error *** No event received, error 2fa. ERROR: Could not capture. *** Error (-1: 'Unspecified error') *** I attached the log for the debug output I updated gphoto/libgphoto to 2.4.8... Thanks in advance. John ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Marcus Meissner (marcusmeissner) Date: 2010-02-08 15:19 Message: The camera needs to be flagged as NIKON_BROKEN_CAP see the attached patch. After applying this patch it should work better. Please report back. :) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: John Coppens (jcoppens) Date: 2010-02-08 04:49 Message: Two more points: - As the L19 isn't declared in the table yet, I did call gphoto2 with --camera="Nikon Coolpix L16 (PTP mode)" - Could the hald be the cause the events don't reach gphoto2?
