Could you please provide the binary build for latest gnuplot?

Is the latest one 4.7.0?

The latest binary build on sf is 4.6.5. It is a test build though.

4.6.5rc2 was now promoted to "official". More or less current builds of the development version (5.0) can typically be found at these places:
