#906 PNG terminal not working
- I installed the version from March 2010 on Ubuntu 8.04. Before I had got installed GnuPlot 2007. and installed the version (like explained on your page).

.. I was the anonymous before. Now with name.
The subject can be closed. The config file told me that the png terminal is existing, but it didn't tell me anything about if it is working. It was said that the Version 4.4 includes Png terminal, but my Ubuntu 8.04 maybe didn't recognize it. I installed the package : libgd2-xpm-dev in addition and now it is working. Thanks for the help from the internet.
