That is a fine idea; the support page is a good location for it. - http://docs.geotools.org/latest/userguide/welcome/support.html I would recommend using an example as a good starting place; similar to how we have an example for reporting a Jira issue at the end of that page. I would like if: a) we link to the FAQ page from the posting guide b) Can we set up a google search for the user guide?
