We had to withdraw our archive of historical executables (as they accidentally included a couple of ESRI jars we did not have permission to distribute). This was turned up as part of the project going through the OSGeo incubation process. Your best bet may be to build from source: - http://svn.osgeo.org/geotools/tags/2.0.0/gt/ You will need a copy of Maven 1.0; last year I also needed to recompile some old maven one era projects and it was still viable (the repositories were still available for the most part).
