Hi Mehdi; to start an unsupported module we just need an email from you 
and approval from one of the PMC. A proposal will come when:
a) we are changing the API for GeoTools
b) we are promoting an unsupported module into core GeoTools

The idea is we want you to be able to get to work quickly.

I have added you to the list of developers on codehaus; so you should be 
able to edit the GeoTools wiki now. Although a proposal is not needed at 
this time, it would be nice if you could make a new page here:
- http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTOOLS/Module+Matrix

The idea is to have a page for each module in GeoTools so people can 
check what is going on.

My next question is if this work needs an entire module; or if a patch 
should be submitted to an existing module. But that is something we can 
address when your module is ready for integration.
