Geotoolers,

Well, this prompted me to reflect on my activity (or lack there of) over the
last 6mths. During this time, I've found more draws on my personal
time (Sailing, Race Car Project ... ), resulting in less time for Geotools.
During the same period my professional activities have shifted slightly,
both providing new opportunities (JTS-IO) for contributions to the
open-source comunity, while reducing the number of hours availiable for
active Geotools development. While I would like to continue to offer my
ideas (and hopefully constructive critism), I havn't had the time required
for Geotools of late, and unfortunately do not see any large changes over
the next block of time. To this end, I would like to offer my resignation as
a Geotools PMC. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and
congradulate the contributors (past and present) who have helped make this
project.
