Did you run from trunk/gt/ directory directly (i.e. the directory with th=
e topermost pom.xml file),=20
or from the module subdirectory?

"mvn install" need to be run from the topermost directory (the one that c=
ontains "module", "plugin"=20
and "ext" subdirectories) at least once.
