I am all set to upload the GT 2.2.M0 release to SF, the idea being to publish in recent HSQL RnD merge as a milestone release. I need a bit of help to resolve the following issues: - download size 22 MB src, 26 MB bin, 14 MB javadocs How can we cut down on the src download size? Here are is the top by packed size packed size filename 6,780,006 po_168213_blu_0000000.tif 1,137,188 usa.png 1,066,432 iba-gml-bad.xml 889,805 mosaic-800x.tif 822,686 etopo.png A couple other large files (like roads.xml) appear twice in different test-data dirs, not much can be done about that. If you know any of these files perhaps you could find a smaller replacement. How can we cut down on bin download size? I need one of the people handy with maven to keep the jars from being duplicated in libs and shared. I have not looked into the download size of the javadocs, I am open to suggestions.
