[Geotools-devel] Last sanity check for 2.1.M4

It is now available from the SF website, the release procedure says:

> As the last sanity check email the geotools2 list and ask people to 
> try it out.

I will make the download page and send out the release anouncement in a 
couple of hours, great work everyone.
(And james there is a new jira for you with respect to README.txt 
generation).
