I am not sure I understand either - the only thing I can think of is to ask Martin (I have CCed him with this email). I only just learned that the current snapshot has been stable for some time. If you review the IRC meeting you will find that we are going to make a dated release of the GeoAPI jar. Maybe someone else on the list can help. Jody --- Jody-, I think I know what is going on here. I looked at http://ww.ibiblio.org/maven and found nothing?
