[GeoNetwork-devel] CSW Filter: NullCheck not supported?

Hi list,

Currently we are checking GN 2.4 on compliance to CSW ISO AP 1.0. We are 
using a test engine developed by GDI-DE, which is also referred to on 
this Wiki-page: http://trac.osgeo.org/*geonetwork*/wiki/CSW202Improvements

Almost all tests pass successfully. So this is very good news.
One test that fails, is support for the Filter ComparisonOperator 
NullCheck. This one is commented in GN's capabilities. Is there a reason 
the NullCheck operator is not supported?
