A YBR_FULL compressed DICOM file in J2K was added to: gdcmConformanceTests
This new release fix the followings:
* MAJOR: Add VR: OF
* MAJOR: 16Bits JPEG stored in 12Bits DICOM would be truncated to 12Bits value resulting in loss of details.
* MINOR: Fix mem leak in gdcmElementSet.cxx
* MINOR: Fix bad pointer access when missing info in CheckMandatoryElements()
* MINOR: Handle SIEMENS file with palette AND PhotometricInter sets to MONOCHROME2

That's right, you can now use GDCM using yet another language: C#.
Grassroots DiCoM is a C++ library for DICOM medical files. It is automatically wrapped to python (using swig). It supports RAW,JPEG (lossy/lossless),J2K,JPEG-LS,RLE and deflated. It also comes with DICOM Part 3,6 & 7 of the standard as XML files.

Win32 users should for now compile by themselves gdcm2 until the next release.
