#7 GDCM should compile with no warnings with gcc -Wall
building GDCM (current trunk) with gcc 4.2 and -Wall results in many warnings.
It would be nice if there were 0 warnings at -Wall, and ideally with -Wextra too.
ITK builds with no warnings with both -Wall and -Wextra. If GDCM2 is ever going to be part of ITK, I think this could become a problem.
