#344 C-FIND fails when using SonicDICOM PACS server

This is reproducible using the example program gdcmscu with these parameters:

gdcmscu --find --patientroot --call SonicDICOM -p 3666 RenishawMedit

When asserts are enabled this line in TransferSyntaxSub::Read fails

assert( itemtype == ItemType );

I have checked that SonicDICOM is working by using MITO and Synedra
