hehe. Indeed, sarcasm often isn't the most effective approach with some people. I've also been trying to help him, and while he didn't call me an "ASS" :) he's clearly pretty frustrated. I'm pretty sure he's confusing the concept of a filesystem root and his webserver document root, but I'm having a hard time getting him to understant that (or to demonstrate that this is not the issue).
