Category: None Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Stuart Brady (zubzero) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Fuller emulation Initial Comment: Fuse should emulate the Fuller box (AY music and joystick interface). This was originally requested at https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=968206&group_id=91293&atid=596651 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Stuart Brady (zubzero) Date: 2007-08-30 01:33 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=207506 Originator: YES The attached patch adds Fuller Box emulation. While writing this code, I noticed that joystick.c's timex_mask may be incorrect. The CSS FAQ says it's ---FRLDU, but Fuse uses F---RLDU (which is the same as the Fuller Box). Although the Fuller Box can be used with the real 128K, I haven't implemented support for multiple emulated AY chips, as it would appear that the 128K's AY chip is out of tune with the Fuller Box's AY chip. There may be some marginal value in allowing Fuller joystick emulation to be used with the 128K, +2, etc. Fuller Orator emulation (if/when implemented) might also be usable with the 128K.
