Initial Comment:
It is not really problem, but it is little uncomfortable when i am programming for ZX Spectrum and i must reload generated TAP every time when i recompile my Z80 sources.

I think - can be very usefull update opened TAP in emulator or other file immediatelly when it was changed by other program. May be switchable option.

Collision with changes in opened file can be solved by any message/dialog for user.
