Frinika-0.2.0 released

Proudly presenting Frinika-0.2.0 - a major upgrade now making Frinika a true hybrid of modern sequencing and Amiga-soundtracker style tracking. Highlights of this release are: Partview - piano roll and support for external mididevices. This release is brought to you by Paul J. Leonard and Peter J. Salomonsen.

Most bugs from the pre-releases are fixed, so this should now be considered the stable version. Some 0.1 series features has yet not been reimplemented such as save/load gear - this feature (and others) will be reimplemented probably for 0.2.1.
