[Freeorion-programmers] CVS to Subversion switch

We are now officially using Subversion for version control.  Ronald
just made a fix, and placed it in the CVS repository (thanks,
Ronald!).  After moving this change over to the Subversion repository,
I realized that I haven't told most people about the switch yet.  So
this makes it official.  If you want to know more about Subversion
(SVN), google 'svn book', and pay special attention to the section
'Subversion for CVS users'.  Windows users might want to check out
TortoiseSVN, a GUI frontend for SVN, which I hear is really easy to
use.
