#3 Export plugin system, from version 0.4.0, by Vincent Oselle

Before some time I have received a modification of
FreeMind in version 0.4.0 from Vincent Osele. One
interesting thing his modification featured was an export
plugin system. It did not made it working though so I did
not merge it into the standard.

I am posting it here for the case that we want to have a
look at his version, and get inspired.
