Assuming the devs are on holidays I could not resist to
keep on "improving" this wonderful program. I am offering
here another patch with small advances.
Changes:
- improved aesthetic appearance of controls in
MainToolBar
- user can edit (unlimited) individual zoom values which
automatically appear in the zoom list by full operability
I hope you will like it.
(This patch includes also patch KSE-1.)
Patch KSE-2

Wolfgang, it is up to Christian Foltin whether he includes the
patches or not. The point is that they're available. Only
Christian merges patches into the standard version; I am
providing feedback when he has a release candidate or when
he asks for it. I do not review the code of the patches, unlike
Christian.
I have not ignored your patches; in fact, I don't have
anything to do with patches, unless they popup in the release
candidate in some form.

Thanks for the explanation! - After not seeing very much
responses of developers to any user contributions, be they
discussion, complaints or bugs/patches, I assumed this must
have to do with some kind of holiday vacation.
What I find a bit confusing is that even older patches don't
receive any markers or comments, so it is unclear whether
they have been integrated or what status they actually bear.

Interesting that you start answering my contributions when I close them down! :)
I regard this patch outdated, it refers to an outdated software version, nobody needs it and and no-one considered integrating it into any new software version.
