dual screen configuration (laptop with add. LCD panel, LCD is primary Panel)

Failure:
pressing STRING+COMMA does not open the Preferences anymore. Also trying to open it over the menu \Tools\Preferences doesnt´work

Additional Information:
- Vista: I made the experience that the Preference-Window is open without the visible part of the desktop. Why? Because I could no longer click anything directly in the mindmap and if I pressed once ESC (which closes the "hidden" Preferences-window I could then again work with mindmap.
Issue 100% reproducable
- XP: Pref. just do not open.

Workaround:
Reinstall Freemind 0.8.0.
