#215 "Note" menuitem invoked with keyboard doesn't work

1) invoke "F10 --> File -> Insert -> Note" with the
keyboard (not mouse)
2) New "Sibling Node" is entered.

Probably problem is that "Enter" is catched by the
browser instead of menu, where enter means inserting of
new sibling.
Somehow inconvenient for mouseless users :)
