Obviously in the short term, #2 is the cheaper/easier choice, except that I'm not sure which FG feature uses RenderTexture -- 3D clouds, perhaps? Maybe someone here who knows more than I do will comment on where RenderTexture is used. In the meantime, I'd disable all my rendering features and add them back one by one and see. If you're using some kind of a graphical launcher to start FlightGear, I'd disable 3d clouds, horizon effect, specular reflection, etc. Disable it all, then add it back one by one and see where the problem comes. -c --=20 Chris Metzler cme...@sp...
