Appears to be broken with last week's fgdata and Win32-nightly build. I get  
the following error:

Failed to load submodel: Unknown condition comparison precision

While using the following code:

		<and>
			<equals>
				<property>/controls/flight/flaps</property>
				<value>0.333</value>
				<precision type="double">0.001</precision>
			</equals>
			<equals>

			</equals>

	</condition>
</model>
