Intelligent, determined people can always find ways to be destructive if they unfortunately want to. I think the best we can do is to have all the sane countries of the world work together to stomp out organized terrorism such as what appears to be responsible for this attack. We will never be able to eliminate the small groups or individuals acting alone. My hope is that we don't eliminate all our freedoms in the process of trying.
