Let's be clear though that EPICS V4 WG agenda and minutes must stay using the same methods we use now, being email to epics-pvdata-devel, and minutes in a googledoc, and both must be linked from the WG page [1] after each meeting day. Also, I'll say again, that with the formalization of more groups under EPICS, we really should institute a process and some common practices under the banner of a governing body, like the EPICS Consortium.
